Caregiving & Personal Support

About Me

With more than 15 years of hands-on caregiving experience, I provide personalized concierge and technology support designed to help seniors remain comfortable, organized, and independent at home. As an owner-operated service, families receive consistent, one-on-one support from someone personally invested in their loved one’s well-being.

My path into this work was deeply personal. I cared for both of my parents through the final stages of their lives, and that experience revealed how difficult it can be for families to find dependable, compassionate care. It led me to dedicate my career to providing the kind of thoughtful assistance and respectful support I would have wanted for my own family.

Throughout my career I have supported seniors through a wide range of health conditions and life transitions. My approach focuses on preserving dignity, maintaining independence, and helping clients continue living safely and confidently at home.

In addition to caregiving, I bring a strong background in healthcare administration and patient advocacy. My experience includes coordinating medical appointments, navigating insurance approvals, assisting with prior authorizations and appeals, and helping families organize important healthcare information.

Technology has also become an important part of daily life and healthcare management. I regularly assist seniors with smartphones, tablets, telehealth platforms, and online accounts so they can stay connected with family, manage appointments, and access services with greater confidence.

My concierge approach blends technology support, practical life assistance, healthcare navigation, and compassionate caregiving. Whether helping with daily tasks, navigating healthcare systems, providing technology guidance, or offering companionship, my goal is to reduce stress for families while improving quality of life for the seniors I serve.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: great care is not just about meeting needs—it is about honoring the person receiving it.
